Oh, The Places You'll Go! Bulletin Board

As this is my second year of teaching, and supposedly I should have a little more time (ha, yeah right), I decided to start a blog to share some of my classroom and other crafty ideas with the world. To get things started below is a picture of my bulletin board this year. This is a Dr. Seuss inspired bulletin board which states "Oh, the places you'll go and the people you'll meed when you travel along the business education street!" On the rings of the hill I have all the business classes listed that are available for students to take.

Bulletin boards are fun to make, but I don't like making them with paper because it's hard to save them from year to year. Rather, I prefer to use use paint on outdoor fabric. The outdoor fabric is thick enough that it acts like canvas. Simply place the fabric on top of a large piece of cardboard for easier painting.
